Fixami, gevestigd in Tilburg, is een e-commerce organisatie, actief onder verschillende brands en hét adres voor gereedschap, accessoires en verf. Onze klanten zijn professionals en thuisklussers. Met webwinkels en via marketplaces zijn wij actief in Nederland, België en Frankrijk. Om onze Nederlandse klanten op de juiste manier te ondersteunen zoeken wij een Customer Service Medewerker.

We're an e-commerce organization focused on selling tools to professionals and DIY enthusiasts. Our headquarters and the adjacent warehouse are located in a new facility with top-notch amenities in Tilburg. We maintain a continuous focus on innovation and optimization, making us partly responsible for the transition from 'bricks to clicks' in the tool market.
